Sarah Lipton

I had the privilege of working closely with Sarah, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most conscientious, intelligent, and genuinely compassionate professionals I have worked with.

Sarah brings an extraordinary level of integrity to her work. Even in an environment of tremendous pressure, competing demands, and an often overwhelming workload, she never lost sight of the people around her or the importance of doing what was right. She worked incredibly hard, learned quickly, and approached complex situations with thoughtfulness, intelligence, and a sincere desire to understand.

What impressed me most, however, was the way Sarah combined professionalism and competence with genuine humanity. She was consistently kind, helpful, and generous with her time. When challenges arose, she did not avoid difficult conversations and was constantly learning (and teaching!). Sarah was always willing to listen, talk things through, consider other perspectives, and enlighten those she worked with.

Sarah is someone who cares deeply, not only about doing excellent work, but about the people affected by that work. That combination of intelligence, integrity, compassion, and dedication is rare. I would trust Sarah's judgment, her intentions, and her commitment completely, and I recommend her without reservation. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Sarah will be fortunate to do so.
